Part of making amends is forgiving yourself and making things right with others AND with yourself. Often, we disappoint others and ourselves by treatment of low value. If you want to be treated with value, then value others. If you want to be unique and rare in a good way....treat people like they are valuable regardless if they treat you that way or not! Kindness takes courage. Anyone can be an asshole or a baby, but to be kind without expectations....now that's rare!  

How to rebuild a house that's burned down completely? Clean up then start from scratch; acknowledge the condition of unsalvageable ruins. Start with a better foundation, after grieving self disappointments...but first, Imma let myself feel the anger, dispair, failure, resentment, etc., in order to not bottle or deny it; prevents further explosions.
